There are an extremely large number of elements within the environment that affect power generation, both mental and physical.

 

From a mental aspect some elements that can directly affect power are:

attention, attitude, concentration, focus, etc.

 

From a physical aspect, power can be affected by:

a)alignment, focus, harmony, settling, speed, body english, etc.

b)borrowing, opposing, colliding, etc.

 

The most common usage of the term power is through the term Power Principle.
