Body Harmony

An idiom describing the alignment of all body parts, mass, breath, and motion into a single unified force with the intent of maximizing the effectiveness of a maneuver.

Comments:

From one (1) perspective, Body Harmony is a combination of Body Alignment, Confluence of Forces, and Directional Harmony.

From a broader perspective, Body Harmony includes both Directional Harmony and Direct Opposites. The major difference being that not all elements have to be in the same direction; only that they are harmonized in motion. Both of these terms accomplish this goal, only in completely independent and opposite ways.

See Centered Mass or Mid-Point Balance for alternate information on the subject.

Body Harmony is basically the physical perspective of Harmonized Power and Mental Harmony for the generation of Total Harmony.

Body Harmony differs from Physical Harmony in that Body Harmony is slightly more specific in nature, but generally speaking the terms are mostly used interchangeably.

Technically speaking, Body Harmony differs from Total Harmony in that Body Harmony refers to only the physical and Total Harmony refers to all aspects, but this distinction is often blurred, with the terms used interchangeably and meaning the same thing.
