In-Sync

An idiom describing having the both proper and precise timing and coordination.

Comments:

To be in-sync means to create the proper timing for something by correctly coordinating the many elements together to create harmony.

To be in-sync can refer to a purely mental situation. But, to be in-sync in a physical context includes the coordination of both the physical and mental.

In a physical sense, to be in-sync does not necessarily also mean to be simultaneous; although this is frequently true. Rather, in-sync means to create the proper synchronization of the required elements of a maneuver for precise timing - may it be the entire body, or sub-components of it.
