Directional Change


An idiom referring any change of direction.

Directional Change is the companion term to Directional Adjustment, Directional Deviation, and Directional Switch, where Directional Change is more generic and can be used interchangeably with any of the other terms.

 

Directional Change is generic in nature and can refer a change in either linear or circular motion (aka Orbital Change). See circle and line for more information on this subject.

 

Generally speaking, the ability to enact Directional Changes at will is a desirable skill. One should be able to purposely enact Directional Change without interrupting flow or power of the given maneuver. In other words, the goal is to make Directional Changes seamless to the Flow of Action.
