Directional Harmony

An idiom referring to the harmonizing of all motions into one unified directional force.

Comments:

Generally speaking, Directional Harmony basically means to get everything going in one (1) direction in order to enhance a strike.

Directional Harmony is basically the physical perspective of Harmonized Power and Mental Harmony for the generation of Total Harmony.

Technically speaking, Directional Harmony differs from Total Harmony in that Directional Harmony refers to the physical and Total Harmony refers to all aspects together, but this distinction is often blurred, with the terms used interchangeably and meaning the same thing.

Directional Harmony differs from Body Harmony in that Directional Harmony is more specific, referring to motions, and Body Harmony refers to all bodily elements.

Directional Harmony is probably the most frequently used term about the subject of harmonizing the self, because it is simple to visualize and is quickly understood in a teaching setting.

Directional Harmony reminds the practitioner that there are latent masses and energies within a offensive maneuver that can be exploited through specific methods of body usage. These latent methods include the more obvious, like Alignment, Launching and Settling, but also include all forms of Body English.

Directional Harmony also reminds the practitioner to explore combining these bodily methods to increase mass engagement through the Dimensional Zones, both in isolation and in combination.

Directional Harmony is not the only way one can increase body engagement; one can employ and opposite concept Direct Opposites.
