Compressing Distance is intended to take the opponentoff-guard by placing the opponent within the practitioner's Critical Distance, without the opponentrealizing the situation, until it's too late to defend effectively.
Compressing Distance is most typically employed in tournament freestyle. But, can also be effectively employed in combat. |
