Fluid Movement

Maneuvers and methods that give the appearance of flowing from one to the next with continuity.

Comments:

Fluid Movement typically results from Continuity of Motion.

Like Continuity of Motion, each movement of a sequence should give the appearance to being part of a whole, yet still executed to produce the optimal results as an individual.

Fluid Movement contributes to Economy of Motion and helps to eliminate Dead Space and Wasted Motion.

Continuity of Motion also takes into consideration the borrowing of force from one maneuver to enhance the effectiveness of (a) subsequent maneuver(s).

Fluid Movement differs from Sequential Flow in that Fluid Movement describes the continuity itself, and does not refer to the variety of weapon choices used to create the Continuous Weapons.
