Comments:

Committed Action generally refers to any maneuver, which once the execution of that maneuver starts, is difficult to stop and/or adjust.  But, such maneuver can usually be altered and/or regulated to a limited degree - depending heavily upon degree of commitment and type of maneuver.

Committed Action is typically executed with the intent to maximize power and effect of a specific maneuver - thus effectively binding the practitioner to the completion of that maneuver.

Committed Action differs from Angle of no Return in that Committed Action is less specific, and more generically describes any maneuver that commits the practitioner to the completion of that maneuver.
