Committed Action generally refers to any move, which once the execution of that move starts, is difficult to stop and/or adjust. But, such move can usually be altered and/or regulated to a limited degree - depending heavily upon degree of commitment and type of maneuver.
Committed Action is typically executed with the intent to maximize power and effect of a specific move- thus effectively binding the practitioner to the completion of that move.
Committed Action differs from Angle of no Return in that Committed Action is less specific, and more generically describes any move that commits the practitioner to the completion of that move.
One should always try to use Committed Action in conjunction with the Black Dot Focus concept.
Committed Action, if utilized correctly in practice, can lead to the development and enhancement of Body Harmony. |
