Airborne Technique

Moves that are executed by either yourself or the opponent, while airborne.

Comments:

While Kenpo does not recommend using airborne techniques, because of the lack of a stable base, some martial arts styles encourage and rely upon these maneuvers.

Example(s):

Executing a back-knuckle strike to the opponent's head or face area simultaneously with a forward hop, while the opponent is in front of you, would demonstrate an airborne technique.
