An idiom which describes any maneuver which could be stopped, adjusted, or otherwise altered based upon need.

Comments:

Uncommitted Action generally refers to any maneuver, which once the execution of that maneuver starts, is relatively simple to stop and/or adjust.  This type of maneuver can also be altered and/or regulated - depending heavily upon degree of commitment and type of maneuver.

One should always try to use a degree of Uncommitted Action in conjunction with the Black Dot Focus concept.
