Generally speaking, Integration of Forces basically means to recognize and combine different forces together to create a maximized usage of those forces for a specific purpose.
Integration of Forces differs from Harmonized Power in that Integration of Forces is more inclusive in the combining of diverse forces into one (1) and Harmonized Power refers to the coordinating of power. Also, Harmonized Power is more commonly used to refer to maneuvers and/or methods in a single direction. But commonly, the terms are often used interchangeably.
