Circle in Square / Square in Circle

A conceptual paradigm for illustrating Zones of Sanctuary and Zoning.

AKC - Circle Square Circle

Comments:

This paradigm is used to create a visual (and literal) picture of the general concept of zoning (i.e. moving to safe areas) an jamming depending upon the primary figure (circle or square).

Illustrated as the square in the circle, the concept is used to enunciate points on the arc that confound circular motions (e.g. the corners of the square). In other words, potential jamming points. One other way to put this subset of the idea (and a variation on the classic way this saying is used), is the saying: "in order to beat action, meet action".

Illustrated as the circle in the square, the concept is used to enunciate how to confound a circular arc by evasion (e.g. Zones of Sanctuary). Adding a dot to the middle of the circle will also add the fifth (5th) Zone of Sanctuary - the center of the arc.
