Step back (toward 6:00H) with your left foot into a right neutral bow (facing 12:00H) (stabilize your base), while delivering a right thrusting inward block to the outside of the opponent's left elbow (toward 10:30H), while simultaneously raising your left hand (toward 12:00V) to your right solar plexus (positioned cover), palm forward (toward 12:00H).

The opponent's push should be blocked toward your left (toward 7:30H), thus closing their centerline.

Immediately, open your right hand (margin for error), while dropping your arm counter-clockwise (pivot point at the elbow) (toward 6:00H - stopping at 9:00H), on top of the opponent's forearms (pressing check). Timed with the drop of your right arm such that the strike passes over your right arm, execute a left vertical thrust punch to the opponent's sternum (toward 12:00H) (major) (fitting), while simultaneously shifting forward (toward 12:00H) (clockwise) into a right forward bow (brace angle).
