A specific type of Bow and Arrow stance which is physically distinguishable by a 50%-50% weight distribution, Toe-Heel Alignment of width, Heel-Knee Alignment of depth, knees bent comfortably as a general alignment of height, and the rotational alignment of the body and feet on a forward, 45 degree angle to the Point of Reference. |
