Flip (Foot Maneuver)

 

A distinct type of Jumping Foot Maneuver which is physically distinguishable by enacting the jump with a vertical body rotation while airborne, before replanting onto the ground.

 

Comments:

 

The amount of a rotation for this Foot Maneuver is a minimum of 360 degrees, but is not limited to this.

 

Similar a spin, this maneuver can rotate either forward or backward.
