American Kenpo has three (3) types of forms: Short Form each with their own purpose and design within the system. Regardless, each of the form falls into the American Kenpo.
Short Forms are considered introductory forms in that they start an examination into a series of subjects but are designed to be followed by a Long Form which further expands upon the same subjects in more detail.
