Basics are the predefined single motions that may be articulated and isolated from a sequential flow of motion.

 

All motion can be broken down into one or more basics. Therefore, it could be said that all martial arts systems are just a combination of basics to meet a specific goal or series of goals.

c.Blocks

d.Strikes

e.Specialized Moves and Methods
