Field of View should not be confused with Line of Sight.  To illustrate the difference - a weapon or targetmay be concealed from the Field of View, but it does not automatically mean that there is no immediate Angle of Efficiency for a weapon to exploit.  This statement can be confirmed by changing Point of View or using the Traveling Eye concept to a given situation.
