Balance is the avoidance of extremes.
Balance is something we all constantly try to achieve and maintain.
Balance is a generic term that covers a broad spectrum of meaning. It contains both physical and mental aspects.
Physically Balance is obtained by proper weight distribution. Without proper balance, defensive and/or offensive weapons are rendered less effective and/or useless.
Mentally Balance is obtained through experience, training, concentration, and attitude. Without proper balance, the practitioner leaves areas of exploitation on which a savvy and astute opponent will capitalize. |
