Unbalance

To cause to be out of equilibrium, without steadiness, or without stability.

This is a general term that refers to not being in a stable base.

 

There are a number of ways to unbalance both yourself and your opponent.

Example(s):


Buckles, bumps, pushes, sweeps, trips, and take-downs are all examples up destabilization.
