A bump is essentially a push with the body.
A bump can be created with any part of the body, other than the extremities.
The most common part of the body with which to create a bump is the side of the hip or gluteous region.
In many instances a hip bump can be used interchangeably with a buckle, due to the similarity in range. |

Driving an opponent away from you by shuffling toward the opponent and having your hip collide with the opponent's hip, demonstrates a bump. |
