The Single Line is one method of practicing Self-Defense Techniques and other maneuvers and methods with other practitioners.
There are a multitude of variations to this method of practice.
The Single Line is designed to allow the practitioner to practice their maneuvers and methods under pressure and with a variety of different types of attackers.
A Single Line differs from a Technique Line in that the primary practitioner moves through the line, rather than the line moving toward them. |
