A specific type of Twist stance which is physically distinguishable by a 50%-50% weight distribution, a Heel-Toe Alignment of width, a depth alignment approximately half of Neutral Bow stance, the rear foot turned relatively parallel to Point of Reference, and the front foot is positioned on the ball of the foot and perpendicular to the Point of Reference - eyes directed toward the Point of Reference. |
