Heel-Toe Alignment


A method of determining proper width of specific stances.

This method uses the foot as the determining factor of the proper width dimension.

 

The method basically describes the methodology used to determine proper dimension as follows: heel of lead foot to toes of the opposite foot aligned on a front to back line.

 

This width alignment is used for determining the proper width of:

Bow and Arrow Stances (reverse)

Cat Stances (reverse)

Kneel Stances (reverse)

Twist Stances (reverse)
