Weight Distribution

An idiom describing the specific percentage of weight between the Lead Leg and the Trailing Leg when it comes to any stance.

Comments:

The easiest way to think about this concept is that it is basically how much weight is on each leg.

Notice that the terms Lead Leg and Trailing Leg are used as part of the definition. This is because front and rear are not as precise and can be confusing when those terms are put in the perspective of focal point as it relates to Stances.

See stance for a broader overview.

Weight Distribution is a single characteristic when it comes to distinguishing the Ideal Phase of any specific stance.
