Quadrant Zone

A concept that can divides the bodily area (excluding the leg area) into quadrants (upper, lower, left, right) for the purposes of defense.

Comments:

The Quadrant Zone Concept could be thought of is a simplified defensive version of the Dimensional Zone Concept, where the body is divided into four (4) relatively equal sections which can be defended simply.

The Quadrant Zone Concept differs from the Dimensional Zone Concept in that the Quadrant Zone Concept is primarily used for defense and does not really take into consideration the differences in dimensions in relation to position.

The Quadrant Zone Concept is directly related to both the Invisible Box (A.K.A. Conceptual Box) and the Outer Rim Concept in that the overall dimensions of each are relatively the same - with the major difference being that the Invisible Box Concept and the Outer Rim Concept are tied to reach (through height, width, and depth) in both a defensive and offensive scenario, where the Quadrant Zone Concept is primarily concentrated around defense (through width and height) only and protecting specific areas within the quadrants.

The Quadrant Zone Concept differs from Zone of Protection in that Quadrant Zone excludes the legs as a defensive factor (i.e. a third height zone) and instead adds the dimension of width as a factor.
