Outer Rim


A conceptual training aid used to aid the practitioner in developing proper dimensional limits, in proportion to their body, when executing most upper limb maneuvers.

 

Comments:

 

The idea of the Outer Rim is the same as the Conceptual Box with the only meaningful difference being that the shape of the containing zone is in the shape of an oval as opposed to a square (cube / box).
