Comments:

Used in this context, this term is the same as the layman's usage.

 

Things such as deceptions, blockades, checking, destabilizing, jamming, evasion, etc. could be considered tactical maneuvers.

2)

Multiple move maneuvers are composed of a series of individual moves executed simultaneously or closely timed to manipulate the opponent in some way for the purpose of a specific outcome.

 

A minor move is more typically an Insert, Prefix, or Suffix.
