A specific type of Striking elbow block which is physically distinguishable by the inward (and upward) direction (in relation to the practitioner) of its movement in order to effect the block. |

In practice, this block is more effectively executed from a neutral bow stance, rather a training horse stance due to the fact that the elbow does not fully extend to the opposite side of the outer rim while in a training horse stance.
Like its forearm counterpart, the inward block, this block travels from the same side to the opposite side of the body (inward); and from a lower to a higher point (thrusting).
The word inward, in this case, is equivalent to inside. |
