Inward Elbow (Block)

A specific type of Striking elbow block which is physically distinguishable by the inward (and upward) direction (in relation to the practitioner) of its movement in order to effect the block.

Comments:

In practice, this block is more effectively executed from a neutral bow stance, rather a training horse stance due to the fact that the elbow does not fully extend to the opposite side of the outer rim while in a training horse stance.

Like its forearm counterpart, the inward block, this block travels from the same side to the opposite side of the body (inward); and from a lower to a higher point (thrusting).

The word inward, in this case, is equivalent to inside.
