Contour Confinement


An idiom referring to a strategy of restricting movement to the contours of Environmental Objects as much as feasible.

Contour Confinement is commonly done to take advantage of contours in the environment to enhance both offensive and defensive maneuvers.

 

Defensively, Contour Confinement can be used to:

a.hide and/or obstruct a target from a weapon

b.guide offensive maneuvers away from a target

 

Offensively, Contour Confinement can be used to:

a.obscure and/or hide the approach of an offensive weapon

b.guide an offensive weapon to its intended target

 

Contour Confinement relies solely upon using and maintaining close proximity to Environmental Objects.

 

Contour Confinement can often effectively be used to take advantage of Obscure Zones on the opponent.
