Comments: |
Tracking can be achieved with any type of Environmental Object, but most commonly refers to the use of the extremities of the body.
Tracking differs from threading in that threading requires using a bend (e.g. joint) of the guiding Environmental Object.
Tracking differs from weaving in that weaving specifically requires intertwining.
Tracking differs from guideline in that guideline uses a path (e.g. the length of a weapon) instead of a line (e.g. the tip of a weapon) for its Path of Travel. But, the terms are often used interchangeably. |
Example(s): |
If one previously executed a right two-finger poke to your opponent's left eye, you can leave the weapon on the target, such that your left hand can follow the contour of your right arm to more accurately deliver a follow-up two-finger poke the opposite (or same) eye.
If the timing is precise, the follow-up strike can be delivered such that it is obscured by the first strike. |
