A method of determining proper depth of specific stances.

This method uses the foot as the determining factor of the proper depth dimension.

 

The method basically describes the methodology used to determine proper dimension as follows: toe of lead foot to toe of opposite foot aligned on a side to side line.

 

This depth alignment is used for determining the proper depth of:

Attention Stances

Horse Stances

specific Specialized Stances (e.g. Concave, Diamond)

 

This alignment can be oriented on any angle but is most commonly done on a side-to-side angle (3:00 - 9:00) or a front-to-back angle (12:00 - 6:00).
