A specific type of Specialized Stance which is physically distinguishable by a 50%-50% weight distribution - Toe-Toe Heel-Heel Alignment (alignment of depth), feet approximately shoulder width apart (alignment of width), both feet positioned flat on the ground and toes oriented at 45 degree angles away from each other; with both knees bent comfortably as a general alignment of height - eyes directed toward the Point of Reference. |

The diamond stance is essentially a double Wide Kneel stance.
The concave stance is often used to lower the height to a point that the hands can reach the ground without bending over. |
