A method of determining proper depth of specific stances. |

This method uses the rear knee in relation to the front foot as the determining factor of the proper depth dimension.
The method basically describes the methodology used to determine proper dimension as follows: rotate completely forward in the stance and then drop the rear knee to the ground. At this point the front of the rear knee should be directly in-line with the heel of the front foot (with no overlap or gap).
