A Point of Termination does not necessarily mean that all travel at that point is stopped, just that it concluded - either successfully or unsuccessfully. On the contrary, it is commonplace for a Point of Termination to become the Point of Origin for a new Path of Travel without any, or little, loss of momentum. This is one element in perpetuating Continuity of Motion.
Point of Completion differs from Point of Termination, in that a Point of Completion precludes a successfully completion of the maneuver.
Point of Completion essentially the final point in space of a Completed Path of Travel.
Point of Termination does not include any retraction that may occur. This includes and retractionthat is not specifically intended to be part of another maneuver.
Point of Termination differs from Point of Completion in that Point of Termination can refer to unsuccessful completion of motion.
In an offensive context: Point of Termination is often at the Point of Contact + Penetration.
