Momentary Prevention is somewhat generic in that it only refers to the result not the Method of how it was accomplished.

Generally speaking, Momentary Prevention refers to averting a single maneuver for a short period of time, but that is not a requirement. Also, the term is purposely non-specific as to whether the prevention was successful in nature - long term, only that is was successful for the immediate time frame.

From First Point of View, Momentary Prevention can arise from a number of situations, including: purposeful intervention, preemptive maneuvers or methods, unintentional positioning, or simply Environmental Conditions.

From Second Point of View, Momentary Prevention can be created to delay Intentional Moves or Unintentional Moves.
