An Unnatural Move is a maneuver or method that one personally finds more difficult to master. These moves can become a Natural Move, but don't start out that way. These moves take more practice and training to transition them from being unnatural to natural.
Unnatural Moves are specific to the individual. An Unnatural Move to one practitioner may be a Natural Move to another.
This term is closely associated with the term Stages of Internalization in that the objective is basically the same - making maneuvers and methods spontaneous and natural in nature to the individual. |
