UniversalPattern

Comments:

Generally speaking, the Universal Pattern is a graphical representation of the study of motion - specifically circles to lines and lines to circles. However, a complete description of all the information contained within the Universal Pattern would require an entire book by itself. This description is meant to serve only as a starting place to start you on the path to exploring the Universal Pattern on your own.

From one point of view, the Universal Pattern is the opposite of the Yantra in that where the Universal Pattern represents all of the motion (i.e. physical) of American Kenpo, the Yantra represents all the concepts, rules, and principles of the art (i.e. conceptual).
