A specific type of universal block which is physically distinguishable by effecting an outward and a downward block simultaneously, toward the opposite directions.

This block employs both a thrusting and hammering method of execution simultaneously.

Derivation:

This block derives its name from the fact that the primary portion of the block travels in an outward direction.
