An idiom describing the seamless suffixing of a part or whole of a Base Move to another Base Move.

Comments:

 

Grafting differs from Splicing in that grafting typically is most typically a suffix, done to add an extension to a Base Move.

 

Although technically different, graft and splice are often used interchangeably.
