Hyper-extension (a.k.a. locking) can be used as a method for controlling an opponent's Dimensional Zones.
One should be keenly aware of the over extension of the limbs. This can lead to un-anchored elbows, over exposure of the joints, and unprotected (not covered) areas of the body.
