Generally speaking, a Directional Adjustment is considered a change of direction less than forty-five degrees (45º).
Directional Adjustment is the companion term to Directional Deviation and Directional Switch, where Directional Adjustment refers to a modification of direction small enough to change the current direction of travel; but not large enough to be considered a major course correction, an opposite, or reverse direction.
Directional Adjustment is generic in nature and can refer a change in either linear or circular motion (aka Orbital Adjustment). See circle and line for more information on this subject.
Directional Adjustment differs from Directional Change in that Directional Change is slightly more generic in nature, but can be used interchangeably with Directional Adjustment. See Directional Change for more information.
Diversified is the term most commonly associated with the implementation of Directional Adjustments. See Diversified Angle of for more information.
See Formulation Equation for more information on this general subject. |
