Area Covers have the advantage of protecting wide regions of your body at one time, and usually have no disadvantages.
The type of weapon and/or positioning of a weapon greatly effects the amount of area that a cover can protect.
Area Covers are usually easier to create using the front limbs and/or weapons.
Anchoring is a common method of creating an Area Cover and demonstrates how an Area Cover can be created simultaneously with, or as an after effect of the execution a strike. |
