Width is one of the three dimensions within normal space. The other two dimensions being height and depth. Using these dimensions, the concept of Power Principles was derived. These dimensions along with the element of time are what essentially composes all movement.
Width is generally associated with circular motion, where height and depth are generally associated with linear motion. Because of this, and in association with the concept of Power Principles, width is primarily directly related to torque.
The easiest way to conceptualize width is to visualize a three dimensional box laying flat on the ground, where width represents the box's dimension from side-to-side. |
