Twists are most commonly effected by using opposing circular directions against the target with both hands. But can also be achieve by a single hand using a moving element (for instance, the neck) against a relatively stationary element (for instance, the body).
Twists are most commonly applied to joints of the body, but can also be applied to bones and muscles.
Twists usually end up creating a lock or a break, but can also tear. |
