Gouge

A distinct type of Applied maneuver which is physically distinguishable by using contact to create a hollowed-out place in the target through the displacement of material.

Comments:

Gouges are most often created via scooping out material.

Gouges are most closely associated with finger techniques that employ a circular path of travel after making full penetration into the target.

Gouges flow naturally from pokes.
