Break

A distinct type of Applied maneuver which is physically distinguishable by using contact with the intent to fracture the target into at least two pieces.

Comments:

A break differs from a lock, in that, a break applies enough pressure to an Environmental Object to cause it to shatter.

A break can typically be created from a lock by the application of more pressure.

Breaks can be to either the skeletal structure or joint of the opponent. But breaks are most commonly done to the joints of the body.

Breaks are created in the following ways:

a.Strikes - applying penetrating contact to any point

b.Contact Manipulation - the application of pressure, after contact is made
