Reverse Wide Kneel (Stance)

 

A specific type of kneel stance which is physically distinguishable from the standard wide kneel stance by the reversing of the width to Heel-Toe Alignment and a variation of the foot and body rotation as needed.

This stance is not part of original written curriculum - but is used primarily in specific combat, sparring, and self-defense situations.
