This method of sparring can be seen mainly during tournament competition, but also in normal sparring situations with inexperienced or beginning fighters, or fighters who like to kick.

This term is similar to Banger, but limited to the feet and not as excessive.

This is a derogatory term.

Derivation:

This term is taken from the fact that receiver of the kicks tends to get the impression that the performer's feet are too heavy to control.
