Forward Underhand Reverse Hammer-fist (Strike)

 

A distinct type of hammer-fist strike which is physically distinguishable by striking in a forward direction, using the inner edge of the fist.

This strike is most commonly effected on a line. although technically, can also travel on a circle.

Hammer (linear)

Thrust (linear)

Snap (linear)

 

But could also be effected with:

Lift

Loop

 

The most common ways to understand this strike is:

it is the forward (reverse) version of the back hammer-fist

is it the closed hand version of a ridge-hand
